These are designed to prepare students to start a career at a supervisory or junior management level in the industry, including construction and Maintenance firms.
The programs are intended to develop a broad understanding of the industry and its business, social and economic significance and to develop managerial competencies. Concurrently, students gain an understanding of health, physiological and psychological principles that are relevant to the domain. Students develop generic thinking skills, and theory and practice are integrated to enhance learning.

The school provides also a range of specialized courses of short terms (One year) for wide demanded jobs in the Technical field such as:
